The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs
of the customers equipment. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and
peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.
We are looking for a selfstarter Field Service Technician/ Engineer to deliver the desired customer service
experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction maximizes
customer retention and increases profitability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Installation of the Machines.
Educate and train customers on use of machines software and application.
Attending Break down Calls and Troubleshooting
First Time Resolution of the machines handled.
Manage Spares Inventory
Build positive relationships with customers.
Payment Collection
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile:
Having a experience of 2 to 5 yrs
Minimum ITI or Diploma
Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
Good communication and customer service skills
Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
Strong time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Ethical and trustworthy.
Having a valid Driving License and a bike.
Should be fluent in Hindi English and Local language.
Organized at work Personally strong enough to manage multiple complex situations simultaneously. Good communication
