The Junior Logistics Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective supply storage and distribution of raw materials and finished goods across all company operations including plants and external warehouses. This role requires overseeing the proper administration of resources to meet business objectives and enhance profitability. The manager will handle logistics strategy supplier relationships customs regulations and the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop short and mediumterm strategies for supply storage and distribution processes.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Capacity Management:
- Monitor and ensure storage capacity aligns with production and sales plans.
- Develop storage and logistics strategies with suppliers.
Daily Supply and Dispatch Operations:
- Oversee daily dispatch and supply of products to regional logistics operators.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maximize benefits.
Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze and implement opportunities for improving logistics operations.
- Ensure continual improvement within logistics processes.
External Relations:
- Represent the company to external stakeholders including government agencies customs authorities and union representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
Budgeting:
- Develop and manage the annual logistics department budget.
- Ensure the adherence to budgetary constraints.
Reporting:
- Prepare required reports for state organizations and other regulatory bodies to comply with legal requirements.
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to environmental health safety and food safety standards.
- Report incidents and unsafe conditions promptly.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Collaborate in maintaining a safe working environment for colleagues.
Requirements:
- Formal Education: University degree in Engineering Business Administration or related field (essential).
- Required Skills: Knowledge of integrated logistics project management SAP and advanced Excel. Familiarity with OHSAS 18001 and GMP standards.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English (required).
- Experience: At least 3 years in logistics or supply chain management.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics supply chain or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing logistics operations including inventory management distribution and supplier relations.
- Experience working with SAP Apriso or similar logistics management software is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of international logistics regulations and customs requirements is beneficial.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and project management.
