We are looking for a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the US recruitment market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and a strong understanding of fullcycle recruitment processes. This is a night shift role requiring a full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closing candidates for IT roles with a strong emphasis on strategic and creative recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit candidates at various levels to meet open IT staffing requirements. Creative outsidethebox thinking is encouraged.
- Utilize job board databases for sourcing resumes and qualifying candidates.
- Conduct interviews including technical screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain a network of technical contacts for both current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate hourly rates and salaries with candidates.
- Assist in rewriting and refining job descriptions as needed.
- Format and submit candidate resumes to clients and hiring managers.
- Upload and manage recruitment data within the corporate Applicant
- Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate and coordinate phone screens and facetoface interviews.
- Participate in weekly meetings providing updates and feedback on open positions and active candidates.
- Perform competitive research by checking job boards and websites for similar job listings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders to create a pipeline of resources.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of US recruitment experience.
- Must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Strong skills in verification of candidate experience and documents.
- Good team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Good knowledge of IT staffing and the fullcycle recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and placing candidates in contract contracttohire and permanent positions.
- Ability to work with US Citizens Green Card holders and EAD candidates for W2 Contracts.
- Highly selfmotivated organized and detailoriented.
