CTC 4 to 9 LPA

Qualification B.tech/B.E & Diploma

Job Description

1. Experience in Machine shop & Handled with CNC HMC VMC & SPM machines.

2. Have Experience in Grinding Machining & Process Knowledge of Cylindrical grinding Surface Grinding Internal Grinding External Grinding Thurst Surface Grinding Milling HoningBrushing Laser Marking.

3. Have Experience in machine selection Layout preparation Installation & Commissioning.

4. Have a basic operation skill of Auto cad MS Office (Excel Word Power point ).

5. Machine line process related issues troubleshooting improvements & stabilization.

6. Document preparation of MQ(Manufacturing Quality Document) PC (Process Chart) & Work Instruction.

7. CNC HMC VMC SPM & Grinding Machines Process stablization & Proces improvements.

8. SQCD improvements Line balancing Jigs & fixture design Cycle time studyISO/IATF Documentation.

9. New process development Machine installation Commissioning Kaizen Product development trails.
