As an Application Support Engineer you will act as software detectives providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Monitor and maintain the performance of critical business systems. Identify and analyze software defects and provide timely resolutions. Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance application performance and stability. Provide technical support and guidance to endusers. Create and maintain technical documentation for reference purposes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Security Operations. Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving network security issues. Knowledge of firewall configuration and management. Familiarity with intrusion detection and prevention systems. Ability to analyze and interpret network traffic logs. Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. This position is based at our Gurugram office. A BE/BTech/MCA degree is required.
