Job Description
- Support all Enterprise tools IBM Jazz Suite Atlassian Suite Testrail Grc Archer ASG Zena Clarity UrbanCode Deploy and ServiceNow
- Provide subject matter expertise and assist in Configuration Change and Release Management areasImplementation administration and maintenance of change release and configuration management tools (IBM Jazz Suite and Atlassian Suite)
- Implement all customizations needed for Agile transformation and DevOps
- Create Project Areas templates editor presentations
- Design and implement workflows for Change Requests Defects and customized workitems in Jazz
- Manage users and servers for all Rational and Atlassian products
- Provide training and support for all tools supported
- Perform quality control against development practices by ensuring adherence to established processes
- Recommend best practices with project teams across the enterprise to align with overall standards and IT strategy
- Provide guidance training and tools support for several major migration efforts related to legacy tools to IBM Jazz CLM
- Provide guidance training and tools support for current migration efforts IBM Jazz to Atlassian Suite
- Within the RSA Archer platform design and implement robust workflows that facilitate the tracking investigation and resolution of various operational and compliance issues i.e. configuring automation to streamline issue escalation and resolution.
- Within the RSA Archer platform configure and customize the system to accommodate audit planning scheduling execution and reporting.
- Leveraged RSA Archer to develop comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Create risk assessment models design risk evaluation workflows and implement risk reporting dashboards.
- Configure RSA Archer to streamline the approval processes for access requests and assessments of security vulnerabilities.
