Job Description
Operational Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the offshore team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Remote Staff Management:
Oversee the performance and productivity of remote staff.
Implement tools and processes to facilitate remote work and collaboration.
Ensure remote staff are integrated into the company culture and operations
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all operations comply with local laws and regulations.
Implement robust data protection and confidentiality protocols.
Identify assess and mitigate operational risks.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead mentor and develop the offshore team to achieve high performance.
Foster a positive inclusive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
