Account Management
Implement the departmental strategy and initiatives ensuring that they remain consistent with the businesss overall strategy. Achieve revenue targets by creating business opportunities in the region from existing clients by identifying their needs & educating them about better price and better sourcing which offers. Possess a strong understanding of products competitors in the industry and positioning. Follow the latest industry developments and stay uptodate on corporate competitors conduct regular research keep up with trends and best practices which give the business a competitive edge and keep the business at par. Manage the key accounts with the intention of creating more revenue by upselling and cross selling initiatives and increase the portfolio. Responsible to maximize revenue through our services in domestic/international market. Visit clients to understand their requirements. Pursue leads assist in preparing proposal negotiate and follow up with clients for final sign up. Conduct market trends analysis and implement best practices from the industry in order to be more cost optimized & process efficient. Educate the client about services that would appeal and add value their existing business. Maintain connect with key stakeholders and leverage relationships to ensure consistent flow of revenue and proactively assess & resolve concerns. Responsible for taking care of bank guarantees during the Auctions. Publish Tenders on behalf of clients. Creation of various MIS servicewise e.g. EPS commercials and RA commercials and generating various reports and present to the management as and when required.
Client Engagement
Keeping the clients engaged with regular interactions and face to face meetings. Leverage client relationships to proactively identify upsell/ cross sell opportunities of service. Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits exploring specific needs anticipating new opportunities. Follow up with client to raise Purchase Order timely invoicing & collection TDS collection. Support and participate in ideation design and development of services and platforms including newage technological developments in order to enhance customer experience. Provide onboarding support to new client by liasoning with Legal & Compliances team to oversee adherence to legal documentation regulations work permits statutory taxation & financial standards and compliances as applicable in international service delivery domain. Establish relationships with key personnel decision makers within the businesss market. Attend various industry events and conferences establishing and maintaining long term relationships with key clients potential customers and key strategic partners. Responsible for on time contract renewals with existing clients with revised financials. In case of client exit understand the reasons of exit and share the case report with the management. Understand and implement the changes which are requested by client from the team get it approved from client and deploy the changes within the agreed time.

Recommend certifications/ external trainings for team and collaborate with HR in providing internal trainings & knowledge sharing opportunities. CANDIDATE PROFILE:
515 years of working experience in a highlevel sales position in clientfacing engagement roles in a fastpaced and dynamic business environment. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Keen business sense with the ability to find creative businessoriented solutions to problems. Capable of conducting standard performance market and competitive analysis.
