The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing interviewing and placing top talent in various roles across pharmaceutical sectors from R&D and clinical trials to regulatory affairs and commercial operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of industryspecific needs a strong network and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for a variety of roles in the pharmaceutical sector including but not limited to clinical research regulatory affairs manufacturing and sales.
familiar with online portals: Candidate should be familiar with online portals viz. Naukri Linkedin etc
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including headhunting social media job boards and industryspecific networks to identify and engage passive candidates. Build and maintain a talent pool of highcaliber professionals.
Recruitment Process Management: Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job requisition candidate screening interview coordination offer negotiation and onboarding. Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers...
Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing clear communication timely feedback and a positive engagement throughout the recruitment process.
