Location: Charlotte NC (Need Local Candidates)
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
Responsibilities of the Oracle HCM Developer:
- Serve as a specialist for Oracle HCM SaaS and VB Cloud Services from a development perspective.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines from Oracle Cloud ERP to OAC utilizing FAW OTBI connections and BICC for data extraction and transformation.
- Support postgolive integrations and troubleshoot technical defects working closely with both development and functional teams.
- Leverage ODI for data integration and ETL tasks ensuring optimal performance and system maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems while overseeing system support maintenance and upgrades.
Requirements for the Oracle HCM Developer:
- 35 years of experience in Oracle HCM development focusing on SaaS and VB Cloud Services.
- Experience with FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse) including custom integrations and table management.
- Proficient in Oracle databases writing complex SQL queries and SQL tuning.
- Strong communication skills capable of translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Bachelors degree in IT or Computer Engineering; Oracle certifications are a plus.
