As an Application Support Engineer you will act as software detectives providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of applications and providing technical support to endusers. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software issues collaborating with crossfunctional teams and contributing to the improvement of application performance and stability. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to workrelated problems. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by endusers. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to investigate and resolve applicationrelated problems. Provide technical support and guidance to endusers. Contribute to the improvement of application performance and stability. Document and maintain knowledge base articles for issue resolution. Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure the smooth operation of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Service Operations. Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problemsolving techniques. Experience in providing technical support to endusers. Knowledge of application performance monitoring and optimization. Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service Operations. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years fulltime education is required.
