Sourcing Bulk Hiring BSFI Exp
Strong with F&A hiring
Strong sourcing through different channels and recruiting skills majorly in F&A
SKILL: Sourcing Screening NonIT recruitment end to end recruitment coordination.
Excellent communication skill
End to end recruitment experience mainly in NON IT hiring such as finance legal information security marcom
Experience in sourcing profiles from all the job portals such as Naukri/Linked IN and Monster
Ability to source profiles for complex roles
Good stake holder management
Ability to collaborate within the team
Preferable from Tier 1 organization
