Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and highly motivated Investment Banking Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment. This role involves working on highstakes financial transactions conducting market research and supporting senior bankers in various client engagements.
Responsibilities:- Conduct Financial Analysis: Perform valuation analyses financial modeling and due diligence to support transaction execution.
- Prepare Reports: Create and review detailed pitch books presentations and financial reports for client meetings.
- Market Research: Research market trends industry sectors and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights.
- Client Interaction: Assist in managing client relationships and communicate effectively to address client needs.
- Transaction Support: Support the structuring negotiation and execution of mergers acquisitions and capital raising transactions.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or related field. An MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Experience: 24 years of experience in investment banking or related financial services role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques; excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel PowerPoint and financial databases.
- Salary Range: $80000 $120000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
