Job Description
Manage the ongoing medical life and accident insurance for all geographies stay in connect with all stakeholders ensure service levels and drive improvement
Conduct analysis and study along with insurance broker for sourcing the right partner well before renewal time
Create ongoing datadriven insights relating to insurance claims to drive speed efficiency and cost improvement in claims and claims processing. Create dashboards and review with stakeholders periodically
Drive cost reduction in claims through TPA insurers and focusing on overall wellbeing of employees and families
Ensure all systems and processes are in place and work towards enhancement with relevant stakeholders
Stay connected with global stakeholders and implement best practices from other regions in Region 1
Stay connected with ongoing new developments in health and medicine world including government policies technological advances etc; and preempt its influence and its employees. Conduct market benchmarking and maintain connect with comparator organizations.
Implement ongoing wellbeing initiatives in all geographies based on need of each country
Manage proactively the PR PO creation and invoice payments as per process
Manage budgeting for area of responsibility
Plan and execute C&B events throughout the year
Desired Experience :
Handson experience in the medical insurance area either with insurer broker or TPA
Experience with data analysis relating to claims
Connect with healthcare providers and the entire ecosystem
Education :
Bachelors degree in science or equivalent discipline
Masters degree in Management
