Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced System Integrator and Integration/Qualification Test Engineer with at least 6 years of experience to join our team. This role involves performing a gap analysis based on the system architecture baseline developing and executing a comprehensive system integration and integration/qualification test strategy and ensuring traceability between the system architecture and test results. The successful candidate will have a strong background in system integration and integration/qualification testing within complex embedded system environments.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Identify integrate and test the system items to produce an integrated system consistent with the system architectural design and ensuring all system items are tested.
1) Integrate system items.
2) Perform gap analysis based on the system requirements and the system architecture to identify areas for test.
2) Develop the system integration and qualification test strategy to test the integrated system.
3) Design and create system integration and qualification tests.
4) Test the system and record the results using PTC application lifecycle management.
5) Establish consistency and bidirectional traceability between system requirements test cases and test results.
6) Summarize and communicate the test results as a part of the delivery package.
7) Manage relevant tasks defect management and change requests in PTC Integrity.
8) Perform reviews.
Details of Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a detailed gap analysis based on the System Requirements baseline to identify areas where additional testing or adjustments are needed.

Ensure that the system requirements are thoroughly addressed and that any gaps are identified and resolved before testing begins.

Assess the system architecture for completeness and alignment with project goals ensuring that all critical components are covered.

Design a detailed system integration test strategy that includes both initial and regression testing of system items.

Execute and document system integration tests using the selected test cases ensuring that all system items are thoroughly tested.

Ensure consistency and bidirectional traceability between the system architecture integrated test cases and test results.

Design a comprehensive system qualification test strategy including regression testing to evaluate the integrated system.

Ensure that the qualification test strategy aligns with the system requirements and can fully validate the systems performance reliability and compliance with standards.

Develop and update test designs and test cases in PTC leveraging the findings from the gap analysis.

Execute system qualification tests using the selected test cases ensuring that the integrated system is thoroughly evaluated.

Record the results of the system qualification tests accurately documenting any issues defects or anomalies encountered during testing.

Collaborate with other engineering teams to address and resolve any issues identified during qualification testing.

Communicate test results as part of the delivery package ensuring that stakeholders are informed of the systems qualification status and readiness for deployment.
Qualifications:
-
6 years of experience in system integration and qualification testing with a focus on complex embedded systems.

Proficiency in test and requirements management tools such as PTC Integrity IBM DOORS Next Generation (DNG) or similar.

Strong understanding of system architecture integration processes and gap analysis techniques.

Strong understanding of system requirements qualification processes and gap analysis techniques.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to design and execute effective integration tests.

Strong communication collaboration and proactive leadership skills with experience working in crossfunctional teams.

Experience in generating traceability reports and conducting formal reviews of test results.

Strong understanding of the software VCycle and the Automotive SPICE 3.0 process reference model.

Experience in conducting formal reviews and leading technical discussions.

Familiarity with C and/or C.
