Job Description
Seeking CAcompleted professionals with 03 years of experience for ERP consulting team
Role involves providing financial consulting and support during ERP implementations for clients
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and assist in configuring ERP systems
Ensure successful implementation of finance modules in ERP systems
Opportunity for CA professionals to transition from traditional auditing to finance consultancy within the ERP domain
Work involves analyzing and assessing clients financial processes and requirements
Provide consultancy on financial best practices and offer solutions to enhance financial reporting budgeting and accounting processes
Role includes supporting the development of project plans timelines and deliverables for ERP implementations
Perform data migration and integration from legacy systems to ERP platforms
Provide training and support to clients on ERP financial modules postimplementation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP finance modules collaborating with technical teams when necessary
Stay updated with latest trends in ERP systems and financial processes
Participate in client meetings and presentations demonstrating experience in financial consulting and ERP system capabilities
Must have Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
Requires strong understanding of financial processes accounting principles and financial reporting
Interest in ERP systems and finance transformation required
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in financial analysis and consultancy needed
Strong communication skills needed for collaboration with clients and internal teams
Ability to work on multiple projects and manage deadlines effectively required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) is necessary
Preferred qualifications include exposure to ERP systems such as SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics NetSuite or similar
Previous experience in financial consulting or ERP implementation is an added advantage.
