Job Description
Experience : 1213 years of work experience in Media Agency ( Ideal if candidate has worked on Auto client )
Business Volume : Should be leading a business upwards of atleast 100 Cr at present
Team : Should be leading a team of minimum 4 5 people
Attitude and Soft skills Required from the candidate :
- Be able to understand the client requirement and formulate strategic response basis the requirement.
- Be able to make strategic presentations for new product launch campaigns / Competition understanding / TG understanding.
- During the interview should be able to demonstrate work on some interesting / Unique campaigns and how it helped client business .
- Should be willing to work on pitches along with regular client work.
- Should be able to manage team guide them on work
- Should have good presentation skills
- Should have good analytical skills to understand data and draw observations and implications from the same.
- Should be willing to learn and adapt to new methods / tools / culture of PHD .
