As a leading outsourcing partners we are hiring a Application/Technical Support Engineer to be deployed at our client site which is one of Indias largest private sector banks offering a wide range of banking and financial services to individuals and businesses.
Job Details
- Experience Required: 12 years of relevant experience as Application/Technical Support Engineer.
- Qualifications: Graudation is must.
- CTC Bracket Max upto 5 LPA
- Location: Hallmark Business Plaza Kalanagar Bandra East Mumbai
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred).

Mandatory Skills: Techincal Support Banking Projects API Integration troubleshooting log reading.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for UAT of various UPI products /enhancements/production issues.
- Basic understanding to read the logs for troubleshooting.
- Support UAT integrations with partners.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and partners.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as necessary.
Skills Required:
- Handson experience to analyze debug and errors/bugs
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in UPI integrations preferred.
