Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Product Uploading: Efficiently list new productsensuring accuracy in product details descriptions and categorization.

Image Uploading: Manage and upload highquality product images in accordance with company guidelines to attract potential buyers.

Seller Support: Provide timely and effective support to resolve issues related to account management product listings and orders.

Query Handling: Address and resolve queries from customers and stakeholders promptly maintaining a high standard of service.

Marketplace Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics making datadriven decisions to enhance product visibility and sales.

Compliance: Ensure that all listings and operations comply with company policies and standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate product launches and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in managing company marketplace operations or similar ecommerce platforms is preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Compnay Seller Central listing processes and marketplace policies.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ProblemSolving: Ability to handle issues proactively and efficiently.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
