Job Description

Job Description:

Recruitment and On boarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including job posting screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees including preparing offer letters conducting orientations and facilitating the completion of required paperwork.

Employee Relations:

  • Support employee relations initiatives and address employee queries or concerns.
  • Assist in managing employee disciplinary actions grievance procedures and investigations.

HR Policies and Procedures:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies procedures and programs. Maintain uptodate knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance management process including performance evaluations goalsetting and performance improvement plans.
  • Assist in the implementation of employee recognition and reward programs.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate and organize training programs and workshops for employees.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and developing training materials.

Employee Engagement:

  • Determining best ways to engage employees such as through contests or recognition programs.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases including personnel files and HRIS. Prepare HRrelated reports and documents such as employment contracts HR metrics and HRrelated correspondence.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing HRrelated reports for management and regulatory authorities.
