Job Description:
Recruitment and On boarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process including job posting screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees including preparing offer letters conducting orientations and facilitating the completion of required paperwork.
Employee Relations:
- Support employee relations initiatives and address employee queries or concerns.
- Assist in managing employee disciplinary actions grievance procedures and investigations.
HR Policies and Procedures:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies procedures and programs. Maintain uptodate knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process including performance evaluations goalsetting and performance improvement plans.
- Assist in the implementation of employee recognition and reward programs.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate and organize training programs and workshops for employees.
- Assist in identifying training needs and developing training materials.
Employee Engagement:
- Determining best ways to engage employees such as through contests or recognition programs.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases including personnel files and HRIS. Prepare HRrelated reports and documents such as employment contracts HR metrics and HRrelated correspondence.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing HRrelated reports for management and regulatory authorities.
