Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform product enhancements.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Develop and execute a comprehensive customer onboarding strategy aligned with business goals.
Design and implement efficient onboarding workflows and processes.
Collaborate with product engineering marketing and customer success teams to optimize the onboarding experience.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer onboarding metrics (e.g. timetofirsttransaction conversion rates dropoff points).
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure onboarding success.
Analyse customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the onboarding process.
