Job Profile
Exchange administration i.e. user mailbox management / manage Microsoft 365 groups DL shared mailboxes etc.
Assisting in testing analysing and resolving issues related to Microsoft M365 user logins Multi factor authentication etc.
Experience and knowledge to Support Microsoft 365 (M365) applications including Exchange Online OneDrive Teams SharePoint and Yammer.
Primary Onsite support for Microsoft 365 issues.
Indepth knowledge of M365 Administration.
Providing technical support to users through the analysis and resolution of technical problems.
Understanding knowledge of Exchange PowerShell commands.
MFA in Office 365.
Create user guides and instructional documents for endusers.
Manage problem resolution to a satisfactory completion by keeping track of assigned tickets and following the proper escalation processes via ticketing system.
Basic knowledge of Windows 10 / Windows 11 Operating system & office applications.
Troubleshooting Basic Problems of Windows Operating system.
Indepth knowledge of user management groups and assign group membership in Active Directory.
Monitoring Azure products and services.
Understanding of Azure cloud services.
Basic knowledge of Citrix application.
Monitoring alerts / service status of different environments and escalate as and when required.
Track all alerts emails and take required action.
Follow defined process flow for all cases.
Coordinate with local and remote support teams as required.
Respond to user queries after performing basis troubleshooting.
