Role & Responsibilities:
Good communication (written and spoken English skills)
The candidate should bear specialization and/or work experience on Payroll Administration and related HR Operations
Ensuring Payroll related Governances are in place and fully operational
Should be up to date on Statutory Compliances related to the Employee Payroll Process.
Ability to understand and implement various flexiCTC packages including flexi benefits and the like
Evaluate and improve process levels within HR in functions such as Payroll Vendor Management. This will be an important expectation of this role.
Should be able to work on payroll processes and other related parts with a reasonably strong degree of autonomy
Ability to oversight manage other activities from an HR perspective.
