This individual will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources Development initiatives of the organization.
Assisting in employee engagement event management policy research and various HRDrelated projects.
Assisting in designing and implementing programs that foster a positive work environment. Analysing engagement data and providing the insights to improve existing programs.
Conducting research on industry trends and best practices related to human resources development.
Contribute to the analysis of HR metrics related to employee engagement training effectiveness and other initiatives implemented at the organisation
Prepare reports and presentations on HR initiatives and outcomes
This position requires a proactive individual who will work under the guidance of senior to enhance the employee experience and contribute to the growth of organisations human capital.
Ability to think strategically around assisting in driving OD interventions for the organisation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word excel PowerPoint)
