Immediate Hiring Alert!! Area Service Incharge in a renowned R&D center of Battery & Solar Inverters Mfg. Co. Karnal (Haryana) Location.
Position: Area Service Incharge
Location: Karnal (Haryana)
Experience: 45Yrs
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee aftersales service operations for the designated area ensuring timely and efficient service deliver
Manage Batteryrelated & Solar Inverters issues such as capacity loss charging inefficiencies and lifecycle management.
Handle customer complaints warranty claims and repairs for both batteries and solar inverters.
Coordinate with service teams for proper installation maintenance and troubleshooting of battery systems and solar inverters.
Supervise and assess service technicians performance and adherence to company policies.
Maintain detailed records of service requests warranty claims and spare parts inventory.
Having Good Communication Skills.
Required Skills:
Expertise in Battery and Solar Inverter technologies.
Strong problemsolving and technical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Project management experience.
