As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues implementing technology at the operating systemlevel and ensuring the smooth operation of various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Database Administration and the ability to provide L1 and L2 troubleshooting support. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for production and development systems. Implement technology at the operating systemlevel across all server and network areas. Provide support for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues. Assist in the configuration and maintenance of software products. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Database Administration. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Database Architecture PostgreSQL. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Handson implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression logistic regression decision trees and clustering algorithms. Solid grasp of data munging techniques including data cleaning transformation and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Database Administration. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
