As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues implementing technology at the operating systemlevel and ensuring the smooth operation of various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure IaaS and the ability to provide L1 and L2 troubleshooting support. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Implement technology at the operating systemlevel across all server and network areas. Work with specific software solutions/vendors/brands. Provide L1 and L2 troubleshooting support. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory Consumer Goods and Services Google Cloud Platform Architecture. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Handson implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression logistic regression decision trees and clustering algorithms. Solid grasp of data munging techniques including data cleaning transformation and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
