As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues implementing technology at the operating systemlevel and ensuring the smooth operation of configured services. This role requires a strong understanding of various platforms and software solutions as well as the ability to provide L1 and L2 troubleshooting support. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across all server and network areas. Implement technology at the operating systemlevel. Ensure the smooth operation of configured services. Provide L1 and L2 troubleshooting support. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues. Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge base. Stay uptodate with the latest technology trends and advancements. Assist in the implementation of new software solutions. Participate in oncall rotation for afterhours support. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow. Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) ServiceNow IT Service Management Servicenow Tools Administration. Strong understanding of various platforms and software solutions. Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Knowledge of operating systemlevel implementation.
