Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner you will support infrastructure operations and manage delivery for IT production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the IT operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to build knowledge and support the team. Participate in Problem Solving discussions. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Provide technical support to endusers and resolve their queries. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Document and maintain accurate records of support activities. Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Assist in the implementation of IT projects. Provide training and guidance to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems. Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for hardware and software issues. Familiarity with network protocols and configurations. Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with stakeholders. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 02 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A Bachelors degree is required.
