Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Scrum and .NET/Java development. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of relevant project management/Scrum master experience along with a solid technical foundation. The role involves managing development projects running Scrum ceremonies coordinating with multiple teams and handling stakeholder expectations effectively.
Lead and manage software projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as standups sprint planning and retrospectives.
Collaborate with development QA and architecture teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage stakeholder communication and align expectations.
Track project risks timelines and deliverables ensuring smooth execution.
Utilize technical background to support teams and provide insight into development processes.
Qualifications:
8 years of project management experience preferably with a background in .NET/Java development.
5 years of experience as a .NET/Java development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage leadership expectations.
Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) preferred.
Preferred:
PMP or Agile certifications.
Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD and cloud technologies.
