Job Description

The Business Development Manager (US Geography) will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share within the US. This role requires a strong understanding of the US market landscape exceptional relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the companys footprint in the US.
Analyze competitors and industry trends to refine business strategies.
Identify and engage potential clients partners and stakeholders across various industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers.
Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate leads and convert them into customers.
Drive sales activities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Prepare and present compelling proposals presentations and contracts.
Negotiate terms and close deals to ensure successful business transactions.
Track and report on business development activities pipeline status and performance metrics.
Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make datadriven decisions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns.
Develop strategies for client retention and account growth.

Experience:
5 years of experience in business development sales or a related role with a proven track record of success in the US market.
Strong understanding of the US business landscape and market dynamics.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify and engage potential clients.
Proficiency in crafting and delivering persuasive sales pitches.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving business needs.
Flexibility to handle unexpected challenges and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong drive for achieving results.
Ability to foster longterm partnerships and trust.
Awareness of industry trends challenges and opportunities.
