REQUIRED SKILLS
- Aruba Wireless Hardware Software Upgrades and Lifecycle Management
- RF Planning (Aruba AirWatch)
- Wireless Authentication experience is required
- Cisco Webex Suite with Webex Calling Messaging Meetings Control Hub
- Palo Alto networks physical and virtual (VMware Azure AWS)
Responsibilities:
Work with internal and external third parties i.e. software and systems engineering teams to understand and implement technical requirements.
Document design implementation and final configuration findings for both new and existing techniques and equipment.
Provide support for incidents and service requests.
Resolve Network issues; complete audits; identify trends; determine system improvements; implement changes.
Escalate problems to vendors and/or senior management for resolution.
Create and manage problem tickets with vendor.
Contribute to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; design costeffective networks which follow industry best practices.
Develop network design and operational objectives by designing and engineering evaluating recommending formulating testing and implementing plans for current and new technology.
Maintain a healthy network with monitoring and evaluating network availability utilization throughput and latency to mitigate and prevent future issues.
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
