Role Overview
Acting as a HR business partner to an assigned business group to support in the delivery of the strategic
people plan and initiatives to support the business strategy; acting as key liaison and support to the
Business stakeholders.
This role also works closely with HRBP & Talent Acquisition Lead to deliver the staffing requirement of
the business units.
Purpose of Role
- Responsible for Induction & Joining Training & Development / PMS / Employee Engagement / HRIS / HR Ops
- Responsible to implement the delivery of business strategy and plan with assigned business group
- Partner with the business to inform talent planning & acquisition activities
- Facilitate talent development actions
- Handle joining & Induction Process
- Identify & Deliver Training & Development activities
- Initiate & implement Employee Engagement activities
- Conduct exit interview analysis and suggest methods of controlling attrition
- Coach the business in the execution of performance management processes
- Advise coordinate and mediate on key employee relations issues
- Responsible to have a sound understanding of HR Process and systems & documentation relating to it
- Responsible to handle cases of Background Verification
- Lead/ Support central HR initiatives/ projects
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements appropriate to role
- Responsible to meticulously manage the entire life cycle of the employee from sourcing to exit
- Tracking of talent engagement level / talent Management
- Managing vendors and channelizing turnkey projects through them
- Maintaining the MIS reports of all the open roles
- Sourcing talent & ensuring minimum turnaround time for closing open positions
- Should have hands on experience in hiring through various social media channels
- Managing Stakeholder of different verticals across the group
- Managing Interviews offers and joining formalities
- Checking candidates proficiency on various job competencies
