Responsibilities
- Create and maintain standard CJA dashboards filters and metrics to measure marketing campaign performance
- Support eventual transition of current dashboards reporting in CJA to new journey analytics platform ensuring continuity in results between platform
- Investigate and resolve data anomalies in journey analytics platforms identified by business stakeholders
- Create and maintain CJA data view configurations and adminlevel metric definitions
- Support enforcement of governance related to maintaining data source quality and AEP component definitions leveraged in CJA
- Perform adhoc analyses in CJA for journey analytics team
- Provide platform best practices and maintain documentation on operational processes workflows and training
- Maintain strong connectivity with the Digital Technology Enterprise Data & Analytics development teams as well as the Customer analytic teams
Requirements:
- Experience using Adobe Experience Platform tools principally Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Analytics in a business context;
- Ability to learn adapt to new journey analytics technology and platform;
- Ability to proactively investigate data anomalies/irregularities;
- Excellent critical thinking skills;
- Business experience using SQL to pull data from relational or similar database;
- Proven experience creating and presenting analyses;
- Basic understanding of underlying data processes;
- Demonstration of ability to circle back to business plan; ensure that results make sense
