Job Description
Job summary:
To develop and maintain websites using AEM platform to develop infographics creative
branded content for webpages newsletters and symposiums.
Key Responsibilities:
Create develop and manage web content for Brand portal (internal web portal of Novo
Nordisk) & Affiliate website utilizing AEM web content management system
Fully responsible for digital asset management for Global & Affiliate Marketing teams
Design and build webpages with graphic layout and visual elements
Manage multiple stakeholder expectations and accordingly allocate project resources
Troubleshoot issues in web content of webpages
Work cross functionally with internal IT team to improve systems
Ability to work with AEM components develop custom styles and recreate previously
existing templates in AEM
Liaise with internal IT/external vendors when required to execute projects
Fully responsible for Content support & services for Global & Affiliate Marketing teams
Collate categorize and upload digital assets supporting files and references in AEM
Manage workflows on AEM and manage the frontend interface
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum Qualification in Bachelor of Engineer BCA MCA BSC
Should have minimum 24 years of experience in web designing and handson experience in
web content management. Preferably in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Handson experience working with AEM Figma Photoshop. Experience with web content
translation/localization processes and manage multiple global websites
Basic technical knowledge of HTML CSS and web publishing
Expertise working with complex components like BMI Risk Out of pocket quiz etc.
Experience working in migration of website
Proactively work to develop and anchor relevant knowledge as new standards such as best
practice models templates required in other projects
Expertise in handling multiple file formats for images and videos
Personal Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships and
effectively influence all levels of the business
Strong English communication skills both written and oral
Highly motivated selfstarter with developed ability to work independently with minimal
supervision
Push team agencies and stakeholders if necessary to achieve results demonstrate drive
initiative and explicitly show a cando mentality towards project tasks
