Role & responsibilities:
Provide detailed product information and demonstrate product features to the TG (Influencers Retailers Dealers) .
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Stay informed about new products services and promotions
Identifying new business opportunities in channel sales and converting them into a customer .
Use all available opportunities (Trade Schemes & Offers) to acquire new customers
Meet or exceed monthly / annual sales and gross profit targets for responsible areas and/or segments.
Maximise sales across the full Weber product range.
Maintain good relations with existing as well as new accounts to pursue new sales opportunities (applicable for Field Sales Force)
Preferred candidate profile:
Graduate candidate who owns a twowheeler and a smart phone
0 to 2 years of experience in Retail Sales (preferred Building Material Construction Chemicalsetc.)
Exposure in Water proofing Paints or building material exposure preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
