Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of assigned programs projects or contracted services ensuring adherence to standard tools methodologies and processes. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize business and technology outcomes ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Monitor and control service level agreements identifying and mitigating risks and issues as necessary. Communicate program/project status risks and issues to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment with expectations. Continuously improve program/project management processes and methodologies incorporating industry best practices and lessons learned. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in Scrum methodology. Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile methodologies such as Kanban or Lean. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex programs projects or contracted services. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Experience in using project management tools such as JIRA Trello or Asana. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management.
