Job Description:
- Should have 8 to 10 years experience as BA mainly in Retail Banking Domain.
- Expert level of understanding on CASA personal loans mortgages payments.
- Understanding of corporate banking and digital channels is good to have.
- Should have prior experience in Core Banking System.
- Should have worked on endtoend delivery of CBS implementations migration upgrade projects.
- Impeccable record in supporting UAT of CBS implementation project.
- Detailed understanding of testing methodologies tools and technologies used.
- Experience working with test automation.
- Experience working on APIs and other integration techniques.
- Experience leading and guiding other BAs
- Experience in Agile methodology is good to have.
- MBA from reputed college
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Ability to gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful documentation.
- Excellent functional / documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Play an active role in guiding the prioritization and delivery of requirements.
- Helping to define analysis approach in line with the strategic vision of the program and preferred methodology of the organization
- Facing off to one or many business areas/SMEs understanding high level requirements and challenging where necessary
- Working independently to elicit validate and document systems requirements in either BRDs or user/feature stories depending on the SDLC in use
- You will be part the design process coordinated by the program management team from approval to design completion helping to ensure the functionality/benefits are delivered
- Supporting the testing strategy and input into the coverage of test scenarios and conditions ensuring all requirements in scope are tested
- Where applicable during testing own the resolution of defects pertaining to requirement and design working with test teams and SMEs
- Where applicable working with functional or business areas and SMEs to plan migrations of users and or transactions
- Support the teams to validate migrated data into the new systems.
