Job Description
Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Fairfax Virginia (Onsite)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of assigned projects using planning monitoring and controlling processes.
- Coordinate and ensure the timely completion of projects by setting deadlines assigning responsibilities and tracking progress.
- Manage largescale projects in land mobile radio cellular radio microwave radio or wireless communications.
- Develop and present reports and presentations to stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress.
- Maintain project documentation including work breakdown structures business plans and program reporting.
- Work with government contracts ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations.
- Lead and mentor project teams to deliver highquality results on time and within budget.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously balancing competing priorities.
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- PMP certification required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with project management tools and reporting systems.
- At least 3 years of direct management experience overseeing largescale projects specifically in wireless communications (land mobile radio cellular radio or microwave radio).
- Strong knowledge of government contracts and compliance.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain project schedules budgets and deliverables.
