Theyll be working in Salesforce so Im looking for full stack experience on Salesforce specifically (it sounds like Salesforce has their own customized coding language) no need to have React/Node/cloud. If they did have broader experience I would see it as a plus but its not required.

The team has a combination of offshore and onshore team members so they currently start their day at 8:30am eastern. Because of this lets focus recruiting on hybrid in Miami area or remote in Atlanta. I am open to hybrid candidates in Dallas if they are willing to start their work day at 7:30am

Interview plan (2 rounds):
Round 1: 45 60 minute technical screen with Ravi Addanki focused on Salesforce
Round 2: 30 minutes with myself (eng mgr) and Eric (product lead) behavioral focus on collaboration w/ product preferred ways of working and any questions they might have about the role/team
Product Overview:
Developing enhancing and implementing a fiscal planning application for internal operations and external suppliers to collaborate on. Application will automate work done manually today in Excel.
Example deliverables:
Redesigning user interface for incentives (nested actions on one page rather than clicking through several pages) adding action logbook for meeting notes action items etc. to support planning process.
