Job Description
Job Title: Wireless Device Analyst
Location: Fairfax Virginia (Onsite)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Serve as project or program manager for largescale wireless device deployments across County agencies.
- Develop and implement optimal device and service configurations coordinating with agency staff to establish efficient order schedules and delivery methods.
- Configure and deploy MDM and MAM policies with a preference for experience in Microsoft Intune ensuring compliance with Fairfax County agency and external requirements.
- Design and implement secure BYOD solutions to ensure safe and efficient use of personal devices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to both DIT (Department of Information Technology) and agency personnel.
- Design and maintain Countyspecific vendor webportals to offer access to billing service and support information for wireless devices.
- Manage and monitor mobile device solutions using MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune Jamf ManageEngine Airwatch or other similar platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 24 years of experience working with wireless devices mobile device deployments or wireless services.
- Proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) tools with preferred experience in Microsoft Intune.
- Experience managing wireless device configurations orders and deliveries for largescale deployments.
- Ability to design and implement secure BYOD solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills for mobile devices and services.
- Experience designing and managing webportals for vendor support billing and service information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MDM tools such as Jamf ManageEngine or Airwatch.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various agency teams.
