Job Description
Job Title: Certified Business Analyst
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Proficient in performing requirements elicitation by researching and analyzing stakeholder business needs using various analysis techniques translating them into verified and validated functional and nonfunctional requirements for development.
- Experienced in creating and maintaining software development artifacts including context diagrams textual use cases swim lane diagrams report specifications wireframes user interface specifications and nonfunctional requirements specifications to effectively communicate requirements.
- Skilled in facilitating requirement workshops JAD sessions and structured walkthroughs ensuring clear communication to confirm requirements are understood communicated and fulfilled.
- Adept at creating test plans and test cases managing defects with development teams and collaborating with users for successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experienced in managing requirements throughout the entire Requirements Management Lifecycle including developing and executing a Requirements Management Plan ensuring Requirements Traceability establishing baselines and overseeing change control.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
