Job Description

Job Title: Project Leader (Electrical Engineer with Motor Control)

Location: Dayton Minnesota (Onsite)

Job Description:

  • Design and develop a 10 hp (7.5 kW) motor controller including prototyping and testing phases
  • Validate a new motor position sensor to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Optimize and tune motor controller software for efficient operation of a double diaphragm pump
  • Lead efforts to achieve UL recognition for the motor and controller ensuring compliance with safety standards
  • Extensive expertise in both electrical hardware and software design with a strong foundation in integrating these disciplines
  • Proven experience in motor controller design including handson work with design testing and optimization
  • Proficiency in embedded systems design and programming particularly in motor control applications
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges in motor controllers
  • Effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams including nontechnical personnel.
