Key responsibilities 1.Responsible for providing technical and administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of project. 2.Deploying and managing resources for support & provide the status on periodical basis. 3.Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to 3DExperience CATIA apps. 4.Adhere to given SLA (Service Level Agreement) and keep customer satisfaction index high. 5.Provide support to end users with references to incidents issues & queries related to client specific methodology and process. Technical Experience 1. 3 years of Experience on 3DEXPERIENCE 2021x or above solution design and delivery. 2. Experience on CATIA Apps like Product structure DFMEA Control plan CATIA NoMagic Annotations and tolerances report generation Prod structure Assembly Design 3. Exposure to 3DEXPERIENCE webservices & Webapps. 4. Good to have working experience on cloud and knowledge on cloud concepts. 5. Experience on configuration and customization C TCL Spinner MQL DMC & EKL will be an added advantage. Professional Experience 1.Excellent written & communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. 2.Analyzing and sharing details/solution to technical/functional issue. 3.Strong problemsolving abilities and a keen eye for details. 4.Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve issues. 5.Should be flexible in working in shifts on rotation basis.
