Job Description
customer requirements; SOR (statement of requirement) fillings; Lead the team.
Job disruption:
To prepare design and development plans for daytoday activities.
To identify leu areas of Development under each project.
To identify sources of important elements and freeze specifications and prices.
Prepare detailed Engineering and Manufacturing drawings and specification data sheets.
Prepare acceptance criteria for the developmental product as part of validation. (DVP).
Carryout design and product review with R & D development team R & D production
process and testing team.
Extend support to R&D and development team in manufacturing review with
supplier/manufacturers and inhouse process processing & testing.
Cost reduction and value engineering process.
To indigenise and deploy collaborators Technology.
To identify areas of import substitution and develop indigenous equivalents with the help of
a reverse engineering process.
To develop customised designs to suit specific tailormade applications by close interaction
with customers.
