Job Description:

Genesys Cloud:

• Mandatory Skills: Genesys CX Cloud
• GCP level real life experience working with Genesys cloud Architect flow WFM roles and access groups messaging reporting. SSO SCIM and REST based backend integration via data actions.
• Social Hands on experience with social channel (Facebook Twitter Line WhatsApp) design and integration with Genesys cloud Architect flow development
• Voice/Chat Bot Hands on experience with social channel (Facebook Twitter Line WhatsApp) design and integration with Genesys cloud Architect flow development
• Advanced IVR/Speech Recognition Hands on experience developing advanced complex IVRs in Architect including TTS ASR
• Coding platform API & SDK Hands on experience developing applications using Genesys cloud APIs with SDK (Java Javascript .NET etc.)
• Workforce Management Hands on experience with Genesys WFM platform design implementation configuration.
