We are seeking an inquisitive highly analytical and detailoriented Data Analyst experienced in Retention Marketing. This datacentric role is vital for building and maintaining analytics tools and workflows. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Own the topic of retention loyalty program analytics through segmented gamified strategy creating a personalized user experience and optimizing reinvestment spend
Perform A/B testing to understand the effects of different loyalty aspects on user behavior and retention
Create understand and identify opportunities within the loyalty program
Develop data collection data analysis and business intelligence reporting systems to measure and inform business strategy for a new loyalty program and general retention strategy
Create presentations and written documents with little guidance and present to both technical and nontechnical audiences in an effective way articulating ideas and opinions clearly and efficiently
Collaborate with decisionmakers on the Retention Marketing team to understand their goals and proactively identify opportunities to use data to develop new insights guide strategy and improve business results
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
2 years of Data Analytics experience in an ecommerce directtoconsumer or retail environment (retention marketing domain experience preferred)
Advanced knowledge of SQL including comfort with analytic functions window functions and common table expressions
2 years experience using data visualization tools (Tableau preferred) & scripting languages (Python)
Advanced ability to draw insights from analysis supported by data and clearly communicate them to stakeholders including senior management
Intellectual curiosity and solid understanding in data sources and ecosystems with the ability to see from the brands business lens
Strong communication skills both written and oral
