Job Title : IT Process Optimization Specialist (Telecom)
Job Type : C2C
Experience : 515 Years
Location : San Juan Puerto Rico
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough assessment of LLAs IT operations processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to LLA team members.
- Document processes and create clear process maps.
- Collaborate with LLA stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in IT operations with a strong focus on process improvement.
- Proven ability to analyze complex processes and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the telecommunications industry.
- Previous experience with Liberty Latin America or similar organizations.
- Project management experience.
Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
