Job Description
Qualification
- B. Tech or Bachelors in any other relevant field
- Masters degree in computer science or relevant major (preferred)
Years of Experience
14 years of experience
- 14 years of experience in software / application / product development / management leadership
- 5 years of experience in Healthcare / Pharma / Life Sciences / Biotech Industry digital products
- 5 years of experience in customer centric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process
- Direct experience with digital management software or workplace collaboration software is desired

People Management Skills
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate diverse groups of people in a problemsolving environment
- People leader with demonstrated success in leading and mentoring the research design and development team
- Demonstrated experience communicating across departmental boundaries to ensure collaboration efficiency and service excellence (i.e. interdepartmental communication)
Technical Skills
- Product development experience in cloud platforms like AWS Azure and Google Cloud
- Knowledge on Cloud infrastructure infrastructure as code tools
- Containerization orchestration and API development
- Continuous integration and continuous delivery with DevOps
- Product development lifecycle certification (preferred)
Other Skills
- Detailed oriented and analytical with good organization skills
- Strong problem and issue resolution experience as well as ability to create quality deliverables
- Experience with operations project management and / or process improvement
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
