Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Call Center Banker
Location: Chandler AZ (Onsite)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $45K50K/Annum

Job Description:
The Bilingual Spanish Call Center Banker engages with clients to understand their financial goals and connects them with the banks comprehensive solutions to achieve those goals. This role combines service and sales responsibilities providing expert advice on financial products while ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and strengthen client relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending the best products services and solutions.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries providing personalized solutions that meet their needs.
  • Product Sales: Promote and fulfill banking products such as checking and savings accounts credit cards Certificates of Deposit (CDs) Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) and loans.
  • Referral Generation: Identify client needs for specialized services and refer them to relevant Line of Business partners.
  • Quotation: Provide accurate quotes for rates terms and programs for various banking solutions.
  • Risk Management: Mitigate risk in transactions by leveraging available tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma / GED / equivalent
  • Experience:
    • At least one year of experience in sales with a focus on crossselling upselling or referring products
    • Intermediate proficiency in computers
    • Strong organizational decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
  • Language: Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Availability: Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
